This rich and buttery blondie, topped with so many good things, can be ready in less than three minutes. It’s almost dangerously easy to mix up. Salty peanuts are perfect with the melted chocolate and drizzle of caramel, but if you prefer a classic “turtle” with pecans,by all means swap them in.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted.
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour.
- 3 Tablespoons light brown sugar.
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips.
- 1 egg.
- 1 Tablespoon salted peanuts.
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
- 1 Tablespoons jarred caramel sauce.
- Pinch salt.
Preparation
1-In a small bowl, melt the butter in the in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir in the brown sugar, then beat in the egg with a fork.
2-Add the vanilla, salt and flour and mix well with the fork. Turn it into a buttered 1-cup ramekin or mug and microwave on high for 70 seconds.
3-Remove and top with the chocolate chips, letting them sit for a few seconds to melt. Smear them with the back of a spoon to swirl the melted chocolate, top with peanuts, drizzle with caramel, and eat warm.
